Grab your friends, grab a drink, and come make tiny trees with us. Bonsai Bar is bringing the awesome art of bonsai out of the hedged gardens and into the streets (well, taproom!). This is a NEXT LEVEL class working with Juniper trees, the same tree Mr. Miyagi grew in The Karate Kid!
Included in the class: choice of tree, tools, instruction, fun!

JUNIPER TREE! These are our first outdoor tree, requiring as much sunlight as possible as well as a winter dormancy. These trees feature striking green needle foliage and a flaky bark that can be removed to reveal its distinctive deadwood. The branches are pliable and able to twist and turn to create a dynamic design that mimics the effects of nature on these trees in the wild. One of the most popular trees used for bonsai, they are quite easy to care for and look good as any style of design.
