Doburoku is a traditional, rustic, and truly unfiltered sake. This unrefined sake is often served at festivals in Japan and occasionally in our taproom! Our brand new batch of Doburoku, which we call Mudder’s Milk, will be available starting today, but it’s a pretty small batch, so get it while you can.
