On the first Thursday of every month, we partner with Medfield Public Library to host a sci-fi book club.

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams, 1979

The novel is an adaptation of the first four parts of Adams's radio series of the same name, centring on the adventures of the only man to survive the destruction of Earth. While roaming outer space, he comes to learn the truth behind Earth's existence.

If you get a chance, pick up a copy at your local library or wherever you get books, read ahead, and come prepared to discuss in our awesome taproom… or just come to chat about sci-fi, reading, or other stuff and make some new friends!

Don’t forget to order some fresh, local sake at the bar to whet your whistle while you talk.
