On the first Thursday of every month, we partner with Medfield Public Library to host a sci-fi book club.

The Three Stigmata of Palmer Eldritch by Philip K. Dick, 1964

The novel takes place in a future 2016 where humankind has colonized every habitable planet and moon in the Solar System. To cope with the difficult life away from Earth, colonists rely on the illegal hallucinogen Can-D, secretly distributed by corporate head Leo Bulero.

If you get a chance, pick up a copy at your local library or wherever you get books, read ahead, and come prepared to discuss in our awesome taproom… or just come to chat about sci-fi, reading, or other stuff and make some new friends!

Don’t forget to order some fresh, local sake at the bar to whet your whistle while you talk.
