A Call To Adventure

Every new business begins with a bewildering array of plans, spreadsheets, models, and—eventually—a framework that makes it all come together. Spending time on this foundational work can distract from the aspirational parts of the business that made you start the journey in the first place.

Our sake mission is a serious one. With fewer than 50 sake breweries outside of Japan, we may be the only local sake option that many people ever encounter. With that in mind, we will remain respectful to tradition, ensuring that our drinkers receive the essential introductory information about sake. We also look toward the future as sake expands outside of its country of origin. We will take sake to new destinations, confined only by our imagination.
