Keeping it cool
A well-equipped brewery has equipment, and so do we! We’ve been busy sourcing, ordering, and receiving lots of brewery equipment.
The filter press is waiting in the wings. Our new glycol chiller was delivered recently and the outdoor concrete pad for it is poured. The ship with our tanks and bottling line is docking in Boston soon. We purchased tank glycol valves from a brewer that needed to change his whole system--barely used and at a fraction of the cost! We also got a little help from our friends: gently used walk-in panels from a local brewery.
We love to reuse and up-cycle; it saves money and the environment.
