Concrete jungle

While commercial construction material shortages and shipping delays continue to slow us down (boo!), we have some evidence of solid progress: all the below-ground plumbing passed inspection and has been sealed in with concrete. With 100’ of trench drains, two accessible restrooms, a fully functional shipping-container bar, brewery plumbing, and the exterior pad for the glycol chiller, there was a lot to fill in. Surprisingly, we needed two cement mixers and over 14 yards of wet concrete to fill all the holes!
