All about the collab

While the brewery buildout is still underway, we are itching to brew! Thankfully friends invited us to collaborate at their breweries. It’s great to look away from construction for a few hours and make something delicious to drink.

On tap right now is a collab with the Cambridge Brewing Company. “Helicopter on Mars” is a super refreshing take on a pilsner—but with more rice and fermented with sake yeast 9—which brings out-of-this-world fruit flavors and aromas to this brew. This sake-inspired beer was featured on Boston.com’s The Dish, so be sure to get a pint before this one flies off into the Martian sunset.

Up next is a collab with the brewers at the Sam Adams Boston Tap Room. This one has already been brewed and is fermenting in the tank. Stay tuned for news of its local release.

We’re so happy to be able to innovate and collaborate, stir up some buzz and expand the brewing space to new horions… all with a little help from our friends.
