Junmai sake is made with a blend of Arkansas-grown Yamadanishiki and Titan rice varieties with a yeast strain sourced from the Nippon Jōzō Kyokai [Brewing Society of Japan]. This hearty sake has cherry and clove notes. The rich mouth feel and bold aroma can be enjoyed whether served cold or warm.
