Farthest Star Sake’s limited edition yamahai namagenshu was aged 6 months before release. Made with Arkansas-grown Yamadanishiki rice and a Nippon Jōzō Kyokai [Brewing Society of Japan] yeast and brewed using a traditional technique, this sake is complex with funk, fruit, chestnut, and custard notes. It is naturally gluten-free, and delicious. Because it is unpasteurized, this sake will change and mature with time.
