Our first premium sake. Lightly sparkling ginjo sake crafted with 55% mill-rate Arkansas-grown Yamadanishiki rice and ginjo yeast from northern Japan. This aroma-forward sake is delicate and ethereal, fruity and delightful.

Sake is naturally gluten-free. Our sake is hand-crafted in Medfield, MA. Find Hi Maggs packaged in single-serve 8 oz. cans in restaurants and stores in MA, ME, and RI soon and in our taproom now.
