Contain yourself

Our taproom plan is a little outside the box, but we still need to keep the bar area contained. We’ve put a lot of thought into how exactly to do that and landed here: a container. A shipping container.

This week a half-size, once-used shipping container was delivered to the brewery space. Once it was loaded in, it defined the space. We can picture you sidling up to it and ordering glasses of delicious and fresh local sake. We’re excited to get it opened up and plumbed in. Stay tuned for how that’s going.

This shipping container will have a 14’ window cut along the side that will become the bar.
