The t-shirts
We love a brewery tee. At our house, there are dozens in rotation at all times. We reviewed our collection and found the brand and style that we felt fit the best and lasted the longest. We hope you agree.
On the front you’ll find our awesome logo; it boldly goes wherever you do.
The back features a MS-DOS-esque readout from our brewer’s brain of sake brewing terms and metrics.
Fitted, women’s cut T-shirt
Same design as the unisex shirt, but featuring cap sleeves and a slimmer fit. We’ve found that these run just a little small, so consider ordering a size up.
Baseball cap
Whether it’s to keep the sun off your noggin or to support your favorite sake brewery, baseball caps are fun + functional. This is our favorite brand of hat, because it looks a little vintage even before you break it in. It took us some trial and error to get the logo just the right size and alignment.
Tenugui
If we’re t-shirt fans, we’re tenugui obsessed. Just what is this? Well, in Japan, it’s everything: handkerchief, bandana, scarf, gift wrap, decoration, lunch box, towel. Handy and versatile. We embrace this textile and hope you do too!
This one is made by a century-old Japanese company for us and comes nicely packaged as a gift!
Glassware
To say we took our time picking glassware would be an understatement. We labored over this one. When we learned we could print the tail of the star most of the way around this glass that we already enjoyed drinking from, we were sold. It’s a 5 oz. mini-beer-can style glass that goes in the dishwasher and holds the logo. It’s cool.
Stickers!
To be honest, this was the first bit of merch we ordered. We’ve dipped in to the sticker stock a little and labeled some equipment in the brewery. This keeps things from walking away during the (seemingly endless) build-out and keeps us jazzed about what we’re working toward. We’ve also stickered our laptops and cars. Farthest Star Sake is a family affair and we sport our brand proudly!
Shipping + packaging
We’ve gone with USPS to get you the most consistently affordable shipping. We’re hoping the holidays won’t have a bad effect on shipping times.
We’ll be hand-packing your orders using either compostable mailers or recyclable cardboard boxes. For internal packing material, we’re using recycled packaging or recyclable honeycomb paper. We’re minding our footprint and hope you think that’s a good choice.
